Organization:
1. 15x10
2. 3 minute reps- Change defenders.
Instructions:
1. Defender starts with 3 points.
2. If attackers connect 10 passes in a row defender losses a point.
3. If defender intercepts a pass they gain a point.
4. Attackers try to get the defenders down to zero in three minutes.
5. Start with two touches. Later one touch.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to survey the field and find open players before you receive the ball.
2. Receive on the back foot to play quickly.
3. Verbal communication if you want the ball.
Progressions:
1. Add a defender to make it 4v2
-Defenders lose a point with a split pass.

Organization:

2. 3 minute reps- Change defender and center mid.
Instructions:
1. Get the ball from one target player to the next using the ouside players.
2. When in possession wide players in opposite colors are used as one touch bumpers.
3. Center player is allowed 3 touches. Target player is allowed 2 touches and bumpers are allowed 1 touch.
4. If defender steals the ball they go to their target players.
Coaching Points:
1. Check shoulder before receiving.
2. Receive on the back foot if space is available.
3. Check wide.
4. Use arm to create separation.
5. Commit defender and use bumper to play a wall pass around a defender.
Progressions:
1. Unlimited touches.
2. Add a defender.

Instructions:
1. Three groups of four players playing for 2 minutes.
2. How many times can they recycle the ball around the rectangle.
3. Two touches to start. progress to one touch.
Coaching Points:
1. Prepared to receive the ball and pass quickly. (on toes, move feet so you're not stretching)
2. When playing two touches- receive on the back foot and play with the front foot to speed up play.
3. Two touch- play your teammates back foot.
4. When playing one touch- judge the line of the pass and use appropriate surface and foot.
Progressions:
1. Add a second ball.
