Instructions:
2 goals & 2 GK stand 18 - 20 yards apart, each of them defending a goal. Have extra balls ready in each goal.
GK A shoots on target to GK B.
GK B must make the save immediately and set the ball on the ground.
Each GK must then sprint to the other goal.
Allow them to recover briefly and repeat the exercise.
After five repetitions consisting of (shoot and sprint ) the GK's switch roles.
Progressions:
1. Hit a moving ball.
2. Incorporate the breakaway.
Coaching Points:
• Serves must be on target and accurate.
•Take a small concentration break between each shot
