Equipment:(2 bibs) (10 balls) (4 mini goal) (10-20 cones)
Players: 12-18
Principles of play: Mobility, Penetration,Dispersal, Support, Surprise
Objective: To successfully combine in the central area and play into the flanks for a shot on the mini goals.
Set up: Split the players up into 2 teams focusing on the red team. Central players play a 4v4 looking to complete 3-5 passes before they can play a wide player who can go to goal for a point. Only one red and one blue player allowed in the flank channels at one time.If ball goes out of play or goal it scored coach restarts play.
Progression: Central players are allowed max 2 touches. Players must now play into a wide area back into the central back out wide before the can go to goal.

-Players interchanging positions
- Ball circulation
- Check shoulder
-Movement off the ball to create space for teammates
-Quality of pass pace, timing, weight
-Vision
-Good first touch
-Visual cues
-Draw a player away to create space to show for the ball
-Constantly looking for new angles (see the player see the ball)

Principles of play: Mobility, Penetration,Dispersal, Support, Improvisation, Surprise
Objective: To create a goal scoring opportunity as a result of using the flanks.
Set up: Split the players up into 2 teams focusing on the red team set up cones to show both flanks. Only the team with possession can have a player in the flank channel, allowing them to deliver the ball into central areas. Player has to be passed the ball into the channel.
Progression: Player in the flank channel may now be challenged, add a left back and right back for the red team and a striker and a defender for the blue team.

- Check shoulder
-Movement off the ball to create space for teammates
-Quality of pass pace, timing, weight
-Vision
-Good first touch

Set up: Teams play a 9v9 with no restrictions offsides is in play focusing on the Red team which plays a 1-4-3-1

-Diagonal ball straight runs, straight ball diagonal runs.

-Draw the attention of one or two defenders as deception

-Wide player should be always on ready to receive the ball from central area
-Looking to play the player with most time and space
