3 rows, cone in the middle of each. even players throughout
Instructions:
players dribble to cone, execute move, dribble to end of line
scissors, roll scissors, scissors canon.
step over, roll step, step snake.
Coaching Points:
get out to cone quickly, and slow down just before
execute move and headup, if space then accelerate
try to get infront of defender after move

Organization:
20x 15 field set up with cones set to make the middle.
teams split evenly, balls set next to each team.
Instructions:
white dribbles out and tries to beat defender. cant shoot till after the cones.
defenders can steal the ball and score (worth two points)
once a team is scored on the next person in line dribbles out, opposite team sends defender.
Coaching Points:
be ready to go as either defender or attacker.
look to use moves to beat defenders.
