Positional / Possession BPO game:
6 v 3 but staying in grid when in possession
Yellow defend against red and blue. When yellow win the ball they become part of the possession team and the team to lose the ball must try to win it back. If Yellow win the ball off blue or red they take their position in that grid
2mins 30 sec with 30 second rest x 6 times ( 18 mins )
Progression:
Make the grids smaller or bigger to either get success in the press or to increase more possession
Coaching Cues:
Quick transition when losing the ball to press and win it back
Cut off passing lanes before collective press
Communication to collectively press

Blue team coached to press collectively by cutting off passing lanes and then pressing in numbers to win the ball.
Blue team to communicate when to release Centre back into midfield to help with overload press
