Explanation:
Each player has a ball and is trying to avoid the mud monster. Coach is a mud monster and if they touch a player's ball they are stuck in mud.
Players must hold their ball above their head with their legs apart. To get unstuck another player needs to pass the ball through their legs.

Explanation
Tell a story about how the backyard is messy and filled with toys and garbage and the players need to work together to clean it by kicking the soccer balls to their neighbours yard.
Split the field in half with cones and divide players into two groups. Players must stay on their side and kick soccer balls to the other side. Once players kick the ball they must run and find another one on their side. Team with the least amount of balls in the yard by the end wins.
