Technical Practice - Adaptation(s)
1. When players pass the ball, they are required to run directly towards their partner receiving the ball, the player controlling is required to receive into the space at either side of the oncoming player before making their pass, then once again running directly towards the next player. (Cycle Continues)
2. Once players have passed the ball, can they look to provide an angle for a 1-2, before setting the ball back for the next player to pass the ball through. (Cycle Continues)

Players to organise themselves as highlighted on screen, with;
1. Yellows are acting as neutral players, which includes 1 player in each of the target zones and 2 spare players who are free to move anywhere around the four squares.
2. 4 Red's in each of the 4 squares and 4 blue's also with 1 player per square.
3. Both the reds and blues are conditioned to stay within their designated square.
Aim: Players to keep possession of the ball, scoring a point every time they pass the ball from one end zone to another. Initially they can combine as much or as little as they wish within the central squares. (Rotate players every 90-seconds)
Adaptations (based on observations)
- The 2 neutral central players (Yellows on Image) are not allowed to be in the same box as one another and 1 player must always try to be in the same box as the ball.
- Player must combine with at least 3 passes before they go to an end player.

Small Sided Game
Adaptations (based on observations)
- When the ball goes out of play, players are to pass the ball back onto the pitch.
- (when passing forwards) Players can only pass the ball into the third directly in-front/behind them and not over/straight through the middle zone. (possible alteration within individual challenges)
- Include gates in/around area, players get an extra point for passing a ball through the gate to their team-mate.
