RULES/CONDITIONS

game to big goals as normal every and every 2 mins the coach blows whistle and auto change to possession scoring into the small goals.

game rules- every player has to be beyond half way line to count goal

- if team score with 1 touch with every player after the half way line then goal doubles for 2

points (encouraging quick play and speed)

possession rules- 10 passes is a goal and also scoring in any of small goals(encouraging switch of

play) 1 touch finish to small goals

PROGRESSIONS

score 2 goals and then game switches to possession game for quicker thinking and transition

can play 1 full game to big goals then a full possession game to small goals and keep interchanging.

RULES/CONDITIONS

normal game to small goals (maximize & use space)

1-ball always starts at the back by the goal

2-in possession team must have 2 players in the shaded area who can use the full wide area up & down.

3-once in the final area then they can come inside the field and free to score.restriction is off

4-have to hit every zone before scoring to goal 1,2,wide 3 as eg.

5-def team can only go into the shaded area once player has had a 1st touch of ball

1-dont have to hit every zone

2-can progress instantly to any zone

3-def can press instantly in shaded areas

Rules &/or conditions: 3V1 IN MIDDLE ZONE AND THEN

3 PASSES IN MIDDLE ZONE AND THEN OPTION TO RELEASE THROUGH PASS12 OR 21 HAVE TO MAKE OPPOSITE MOVEMENT TO OTHER.

3v1 in the coned area

3v1 once advanced of coned area going to goal (mf joins) wingers can recieve ball behind or in front of

mannequin & encourage good movement to recieve & create space relative to ball movement.

10 passes-coach can shout either #12 or #21 and mf players have to find that player with a pass

15 passes -can dribble out of midfield zone for 3v1 and find player 12 or 21 to go to goal

5 press ups to all red players for everytime def wins any ball

Progressions:

while mf are keeping possession CB def goes and marks one of the wingers and after 8 passes in mf zone and then mf can pass to open & go to goal 3v1

winger to goal

add a striker and midfield zone def can track back to create 4v2 to goal

without defenders-one of the wingers 12 or 21 is the one to call for pass and mf have to work ball to find him
