Blue volleys in to GK, if held distribute appropriately into the mini goal.
Once distributed, red touches out past mannequin to serve cutback/pass across.
If second ball is held, distribute into mini goal.
Progressions:
- Coach to strike from floor
- Red passes to Blue, Blue sets Red back between the mannequins. Blue runs through one of three channels for the square/cutback
- Red passes to Blue, Blue can strike
- Red passes to Blue, Red stays behind mannequin to cut inside for a strike
- Red passes to Blue and runs inside a channel to create 1v1
