Screen 1 (20 mins)

3 teams of 5, 3 zones of narrow width or length

(i) - Blue (5) v Yellow (3) to play set no. of passes in Zone A before going long to Green in Zone 3, if pass between zones is successful, 2 Yellows in Zone B press Greens being joined by 1 more Yellow

(ii) - If Yellows win possession, they are joined by players in Zone B. Blue team goes to Zone C and Green split into 3 pressing Zone A, leaving 2 in Zone B
