Method:
Setup each diamond with 5 players, can adjust for 6 also. pass the ball around the diamond, outside the cones, players move back off the (flat) cones, pass and move, alternate direction of play
Allow players to get a rhythm going, ball flowing around the diamond, try to use only 2 touches, movement to receive, pass and move
Coaching Points:
Passing-
Timing, pace and accuracy of pass
communicate visually or call to receiver
assess receivers stance and foot
pass to receivers back foot
Receiving-
players movement to back off the cone to receive, aware of passer, and wait until ball is moving,
open body, back foot, weight is not on the back foot
positive first touch forward in direction of play
Progressions
1-2 - 1st player to 2nd,1-2 is from 2nd player to 1st to support the 2nd player
3rd man overlap - 1st player passes to the 3rd player at next cone

Method:
2+1 v 2+1
central active zone has 2 v2 with a supporting player in the adjacent zones
teams score by completing a pass to their player in the end zone
play restarts after scoring, pass to team out of possession

scanning both in and out of possession
individual movement to make space
see, decide and do quickly to exploit the space
dribble, skill, speed or combination play
breaking lines with passes or runs
angle of pass, angle of run
