Set Up
Create a field 20x30 metres in size. Cone off each corner and have a GK stand in that area. Play 5v5+4 GK's.
How to Play
Play 5v5 in the middle. Team in possession have use of the GK's. 6 passes = 1 point.

Set Up
Create a field 20x30m with 6m GK zones at each end. Play 5v5+4 GK.
How to Play
Teams play possession in the middle area with team in possession having use of the GK's at either end. When the ball is played to a GK, he must transfer to the other GK in his zone before they can play out.
Progressions
1) GK play on one touch
2) GK can play switch to far GK (can take 2 touches) who must catch the ball with no bounce and roll to other GK in his zone so he can play one touch to team in possession.
6 passes = 1 point.

Can GK vary passing length - def/mid/att third?
Can GK set ball for one touch pass in?
Can outfield players be in a position to receive the ball in space?

Set Up
Create a field playing from box to box using width of the 18 yards box with goals at either end. Create 3 areas - 15 metres at either end and the middle zone.
How to Play
- GK starts with the ball, 1st pass to one of the defenders is free.
- Defenders and Strikers must stay in the end areas.
- Midfield players not allowed to go in attacking end zone.
- One of the midfield players can drop in the end zone to receive ball but can't defend.
- No corners or throw in's - play starts with GK whose ball it is.
- Off-side rule applies.
Progressions
1) Defender can drive out if the space opens up but must be replaced by midfielder so it's aways 2v2 in end zones.
2) One attacking and defending midfielder can enter end zone - if play breaks down he has to leave.
3) GK are free to vary range of passing using whole field.
Player Tasks
Can GK support when his team is in possession?
Can defenders split to create room to receive?
Can deep lying midfielder come to receive off GK?
Can defenders drive out and into midfield?
Can midfielders receive facing forward? If not, can we find support player quickly?
Can we find strikers feet early?
Can strikers play one high one dropping in?
Can midfielders look for "third man running" opportunities?
Can midfielders drive/pass into end zone?
