4v4 + Support Players (25 mins)

- 3 Teams

- Red / Yellow / White

- 2 Teams start in the middle 1 team on the outside

- Whites have to defend for 2 minutes whilst the yellows try and keep possession.

- 5 passes = 1 Point.

- Yellows can use the red outside players. Reds can move anywhere around the outside of the area.

- If whites win the ball they try to keep it to run down the clock, but can only use white players
