Problem:
Adobe Flash Player is disabled in your browser.
How to fix:
- Click
in your browser.
- Navigate to "Settings", and "+ Show advanced settings…".
- Under the Privacy heading, click Content Settings…
- Under the Flash heading, choose an option which does not Block Flash.
Still have a problem?
Perhaps Chrome needs updating. Click
in your browser, and select "Help", then "About Google Chrome".

Drill 1 - Lunges; Hop and Hold (left leg), Hop and Hold (right leg), Agility ladder (2 hops right, 2 hops left)
Can develop Hop and Hold stage with squats (single leg)
Drill 2 - Hop right foot, jog through centre, hop left foot, jog through centre; continuous.
Drill 3 - Starting in Agility hurdles, hopping backwards, left, right and forwards. At agility ladder, hopping sideways on right foot, swapping onto left foot halfway through.
