Wide players play a one-two with central player.

POSITIONING GAME (1)
End zone players need to find a way to play through to other end zone.
- Once ball is play through, one player must move into the middle zone, and one attacking player from middle zone moves into opposite end zone.

POSITIONING GAME (2)
Possession players in the middle zone may now shift momentarily into the grey areas to receive the ball unimpeded, however, they must play the ball back into the zone it came from, then make a forward run and swap positions with a player from the opposite end zone.
If the ball is played from one end zone to the other, then play continues as per POSITIONING GAME (1).

GAME TRAINING
9 (blue) vs 7 (red)
Blue team must play the ball into the wide channel before scoring.
To finish session, remove restrictions. May also opt for 8v8.
