My objective at this practice is to develop my team at this phase of the game where we should first and foremost think about where, how, when and why to start our defense, which zone of the pitch we apply our pressure, and finally on which zone we have the best chance to pas quickly from defense to attack.
My goals are that at the Learning outcomes, they should understanding why is important to recovery the ball at the middle zone, at the attacking 1/3, and or at our defensive 1/3. Last but not least the importance of the flow of the transition from defending to attacking transition by applying zonal defense, recovering the ball, to create tactical objectives by using the spares players, dribbling options for penetration, players movement of the ball as supporting players so we can create superiority around the ball in order to create changes to score.
