Purpose:

Players should use ball manipulation skills and combination play to beat the defenders.
Isolate 1v1 or opportunities:
Draw defenders in and play to low pressure, where a chance occurs, encourage players to take shooting opportunities. The players should be looking to use different techniques to score. (power, placement)
Finishing:
Coaches should focus on the player's technique, accuracy, and power to finish.

Final third penetration with cross and finish Time: 30 minutes
Purpose:
Develop combinations to finish in the final third while working aerobically to develop soccer endurance.
Set up: (30 minutes)
● Half Field
● 2 Groups of 6-8 plus 2 Goalkeepers who alternate
● Poles, Hurdles, and SAQ ladders line the side of the field on both sides
