- Idea is to build up with a box midfield
- Cb's and 9's must stay in their zones
- Cb' cannot play neutral fullbacks
- Team with BP must have 1 player in each of the 4 boxes
- 4 v 3 in midfield - Neutral player on team with BP
- Defensive teams midfielders can defend however they want.
-Fullbacks as neutral players - they cannot play the 9 or the CB's - must play into central areas
-If too easy can take out wide neutral players
-1 player can join the 9 when they have the ball (or this player can drive in with the ball).
Progressions
- remove box grid in the middle
- remove zones for forward players and CB's - they can now press accordingly
- use full sized goals
-remove zones for fullbacks
