This session is a shooting session. Its starts off with a player on the side of the goal and they do a diagonal pass (black line) to the player at the manichean and then that player does another diagonal pass (black line) to the other player, the that player takes a good touch the shoots (yellow line) that players then go to then moves to the side of the goal. The red lines are the movement and when players pass they move to the next manichean.
