Description

Training for U8 players focusing on ball mastery and agility/coordination. This is a whole group session. Players are in lanes, maximum 4 players per lane. The focus is dribbling moves and using them with passive defender, then active defender. Encourage players to try a move in order to beat the defender. All of these moves involves switching feet. Hence, take the defender to the right, do a move, and go with your left. Always end each session with a cheer. Do this training for both of your practice days in the same week. i.e do this same training Monday and Wednesday.
