Heel flicks
Lunges
Open & closing the gates
Side steps on both side
After this, move to the box and do passing drill. Two teams playing keep ball in the box.

MAIN SESSION
One player from each team stands in the channel and uses it for their team members to pass out wide and use the space. No other players can use the channels and no one can tackle in that area
PROGRESSIONS - players in channel only have 3 seconds to pass the ball out, players must pass to everyone in their team before shooting.

COOL DOWN
Light jog from cone to cone
Lunges (hold for 5 seconds each time the alternate)
Then, move to static stretchig in the box working the whole body
