For today's session we will reinforce good passing and receiving technique. Using the correct amount of weight/direction on the pass and receiving the ball with the back foot. This allows the ball to travel across the body to the foot furthest away so the player can adopt an opoen body shape to see what is in front. Players must make themselves available to receive a pass off the ball before receiving a pass. Players should identify for spaces between opponents

Instructions
Exercise 1
1. Player A will play a pass to Player B
2. Player B will check out before receiving pass then take a touch forward to play a pass to player C
3. Player C will check out before receiving pass then take a touch forward and score in central goal
4. Rotation A>B>C then C to back of line of A
Exercise 2
1. Player A will pass to play B
2. Player B will check out before receiving pass then make a run behind cone to receive through ball
3. Player C will repeat same action as player B will play a through ball so player C can finish one touch to central goal

Instructions
1. Server A will start with 6 soccer balls
2. the objective of the game is to get all 6 soccer balls to player B by using the 2 middle attacking players
3. if defensive players wins the ball they must bring ball to any yellow cone for a cone
4. make it into a competition which team can get all 6 soccer balls to the opposite side first

Instructions
Phase 1
1. Players in the middle with a ball will dribble to an outside player and lay off the ball
2. Outside player will now dribble towards the square and perform a skill move that coach will demonstrate repeat this action
3. Encourage change of direction move when entering/leaving square
Phase 2
1. players in the inside must pass to a player on the outside then open up body shape in open space
2. player that received the ball must pass back to player's back foot
3. make it into a competition (how many passes can a player make in 30 seconds intervals)
4. rotate players in possession and edge players after each round
