Description

For today's session we will reinforce good passing and receiving technique. Using the correct amount of weight/direction on the pass and receiving the ball with the back foot. This allows the ball to travel across the body to the foot furthest away so the player can adopt an opoen body shape to see what is in front.  Players must make themselves available to receive a pass off the ball before receiving a pass. Players should identify for spaces between opponents
