Method:
10x10/15x15.
Drill starts by player at A passing to and following thru with their run to B.
B receives pass , controls and passes across to D where C has made their run too.
C now dribbles to A and passes to C where B has run too.
The drill keeps in rotation with the receiver always passing to where a run must be made to recieve.

Method:
30 across X 15/20/2015.
Two green start at A line , each area is defended by One pink.
The object of drill is for the green to get thru each area and make it to end of D.
Free play first go and move to 2touch.
Coaching Points:
Watch for defenders awareness of slow/bad touch, looking to stop the one two.
Attackers to link up each area with minimum third pass being received in next area they need enter.

Method:
Phase play using low block in around the D of 18 yard box.
6v 4 plus GK.
Green send ball in over the top to start phase , phase is played out till ball out or goalkeeper collects.
Coaching Points:
Are attacking players looking break line and split defenders?
Are defenders and double pivot keeping shape in low block, keeping their line and shifting as a unit?
Is the GK willing to sweep and and talk to his back line.

Method: Endgame using 1-4-2-3-1 template.
Defence V Attack.
If big numbers use 2 touch pass to train players find width in small areas.
Defence scores by dribbling thru any of the 3 Gates.
Attack as normal.
Coaching Points:
Practise play out as much as feasible.
Attackers to apply pressure but also need be aware get back and help out.
Use playing out , from corners, freekicks as starting points for team.

Ajax warm up circuit (10 mins)
Method:
30x20yards.
The circuit involves jogging, backwards running, sprinting and stretching.
Coaching Points:
Players are divided into two equal groups, each group faces the lines of 8 cones.
Players.
Start with slow jog thru cones turning at end to perform backwards running thru 3 cones and back to start.
Then heel touches.
Knee touches.
Knee and heel touches.
Chest arms back, front and clap.
Thighs , chest , head.
Cariocas 50/50 each way.
All above thru 8 cones and always after each sequence backwards run thru 3 cones.
All team around 6 goals sprint and last player back does 5 push ups.
Lead into dynamic stretches in a circle.
