Warm-ups R.A.M.P (10 mins)

EQUIPMENT:
適量足球、色碟x 10-18、標誌筒x 6-14、跨欄架x 3-6
[Football (enough),Disc 10-18,Cones 6-14,Hurdle 3-6]

DESCRIPTION:

每人平均進行動態伸展及熱身
Dynamic stretching and warming up.

進行區域傳球-黃色區域/紅色區域

Passing into space-Yellow zone/Red zone
每個區域6名球員,利用傳球找準時機把皮球傳到另一區域

6 players in each zone, pass the ball to the other zone at the right time.
每個區域會有3名防守球員進行攔截,兩個區域中會有一個自由人

3 defensive players in each zone to tackle, and 1 free man in both zones.

AIMS:

R.A.M.P

加速血液循環 (raise) 

呼喚肌肉醒覺 (activate) 

伸展拉筋 (mobilise) 

低強度至高強度熱身 (potentiate)
球員身體及心理上準備接下來訓練
Players are prepared physically and psychologically for the next training.

BEHAVIOURS:

積極及以正確動作進行熱身遊戲

CONDITIONS:

(進展一)控球腳數(每人兩腳傳球)
區域球員傳球次數達10球,防守球員原地跳10下

標誌筒之間距離一面進攻一邊防守
進攻方盤球,防守方用正確防守步後移,然後順序攻守轉換

BEHAVIOURS:

足球大約保持在身體前方一步距離
