This session is intended to improve our ability to create 2v1s and score goals.

Objective: improve our passing and receiving.
Organization: players organized in 3x14 grid with 3x4 endzones at each end.
Instructions: players pass and receive as instructed then go to the back of the other line.
Variations: (1) two touch receive with sole, (2) role the ball with sole to one side or other two touch pass, (3) receive on the dribble with sole and pass when you get to other end zone, (4) receive in front of endzone then 3 quick pull backs.
Key Coaching Points: (1) passing with pace, (2) receiving with the sole to control the ball.

Objective: to improve our decision making in 2v1 situation.
Organization: 3 lines of players. Central line is the defender and has the ball. Wide lines are the attackers. Goalkeeper and goal.
Instructions: central line passes the ball out wide and then becomes the defender. Attackers try to score in the goal.
Variations:
Key Coaching Points: (1) create overload and 2v1 situations, (2) be patient on the ball, (3) movement without the ball.

Objective: improve on the theme of the training session in a SSG environment.
Organization: teams play 3v3 + GK
Instructions: use futsal rules.
Variations:
