Organization: 3 v 2 with the field set up into 3 zones. 20-30 field. One ball
Instructions:
Red begins with the ball. Players must get the ball through Zone 2 to the team in Zone 3. Blue cannot enter Zone 1 or 3 and must try to intercept ball. Ball must be passed on the ground and must be two touch max per player. If ball is intercepted by Blue or if the ball is passed out of the field of play, the team that is dispossessed or loses the ball goes into the middle. Extra players will rotate into each of the teams every minute. Players waiting on the outside will rondo while they wait.
Coaching Points: 1. Encourage the players to use all the space within the play area to create passing angles. 2. Encourage the receiver to move continually to allow better passing angles. 3. Encourage players to move the ball quickly within the zone to create passing opportunities across Zone 2.
Progressions: 1. One blue player can enter Z1 or Z3 to intercept the ball. 2. Red players must one touch pass the entire time.

Blue provides the keeper and gets the balls that miss, delivering them back to Coaches in the middle without interfering with shooters. Each team gets 4.5 minutes of shooting. Then Red switches with Blue. Winner plays Winner on other side for overall win.
Coaching Points: 1. Before players start, coaches will demo a properly taken shot and look to speak with players individually after observing. 2. Looking for chest over ball, planting foot to the side of the ball, slight tilt on planted foot to allow full range of swinging motion, and a full swing through.
Progressions: No progressions.

Red #2 receives pass on right foot with one touch and then with their second passes it to Red #3 and then sprints to fill in behind #1. The players continue the cycle passing the ball on and running to the the position left by their passer and getting in the back of the line at that spot.
