Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Exchange the ball and shoot.

Exchange the ball and shoot. (20 mins)

Description of Session: Split the group into two teams with two different coloured bibs. The two players at the front of the line will exchange 5 fast passes each between them. After the 5 passes have been made the players will run towards the direction of the goal waiting for a through ball pass to come towards them from the player at the back of their line. Once they've picked the ball up the player will proceed to try and score past the goalkeeper. Once they have finished doing that the players who have just shot will go to the back of the line with the ball

Equipment: Cones, bibs and footballs.
