Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): First player dribbles ball and shoots in to open net then defends immediately 2v1 then 3v2 then 4v3 then 5v4 then 5v5
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Challenges - Transition quickly from attack to defence/defence to attack
Use overload to score. Find the spare player.
Conditions-Scoring team defends after scoring. Team who concedes a goal transitions to attack with an extra player after conceding a goal with the aim and focus on making them exploit the overload and have a positive outcome to score a goal by doing this.
Key Coaching Points -
Shooting - head over ball
Passing - Look at target/eyes up, firm ankle/follow through
Defending - Fast pressure on the ball, body shape on approach

Can players use space of pitch. Use width Use depth. Can players step forward to create overload. Can players occupy spaces to create overload.
Conditions:-
Can put a condition on a player who dominates dribbling that 2 points for an assist and 1 point for a goal. 3 passes for team before scoring a goal.
Targets :-
Use end zone instead of goals

King of the ring game - Ball each but have to tackle other player and kick their ball out of the grid, also keeping hold of their own ball. Last person with ball left is king of the ring.
