Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Warm Up Shooting and Finishing

set 4 players in to each corner of the half

one player in the middle

each player besides the one in the middle has a ball

place a big net if possible at the centerline

15-20 mins warm up

1. player A passes the ball to Player E. Player E's target is to bottom left corner of the net

2. player D throws the ball in to player E. player E chests the ball down and finds player C.

3. player C pass the ball back to player E for placement in to bottom right corner of the net .

4. Player C Croses the ball in for Player E to head away from the keeper

5. player B passes the ball to player E takes a touch with the left foot to the outside and shoots to his top left corner of the net

one player E is done all 5 types of shooting/finishing they than move to A spot, Amoves to B spot,Bmoves to C spot Dmoves to Espot
