4 Cones 15 x 15
4 Cones 25 x 25
4 -8 Balls, (one on each outside cone)
up to 4 players on the inside cones
Activity:
Players with the ball dribble to the players on the cone in the middle with their preferred foot only at first to the player in the middle.
the player in the middle will dribble counter clockwise to the end of the opposite line.
Players repeat until players are back in the original position
Players repeat with their none preferred foot
Progression #2 (day 1 or 2)
Players will repeat same above drill, however they are doing it clockwise direction now, so instead of going left to right, the players now rotate right to left. Players do the same thing with preferred and non-preferred foot until going back to the original line, players repeat twice until they are back in their original positions.
Progression #3 (day 1 or 2)
Add additional small cones (2-3 max) to the inside to middle cone path or the middle to opposite outside cone for players to dribble through as obstacles they must attack and dribble through them. You can make it difficult by have them only use non-preferred or inside/outside of foot, do a croceda move, etc...

Coaching Points:
Dribbling: Close touches with outside of foot
Receive the layoff with the outside of the foot
Pulling side to side make sure that hips are square and parallel to the way that they are facing
** Note: make sure players stay engaged and that the you are able to modify drills based not only the group, but on each player level, so that you can have some players limited and work more on their individual strengths and weakness.

Set Up:
Set up a triangle 20 x 10 x 10 feet and in the middle set 5 cones
Session Aims:
- Have 3 players stand in the middle and 6 on the on the outside of the triangle.
- The Front 3 on the outside each has a ball.
- The ball is pass to the 3 inside the grid, who then takes a touch forwad to the Left or the right around the cone then makes a pass to the player across from them (See Animation)
- Players follow there pass.
Coaching Points:
Positive first touch into space, Touch out in front, Quality of pass, Weight of the pass, Challange players to work on both feet.

Make a small red square. 2 yards x 2 yards. Then a larger sqaure at least 15 yards by 15 yards.
Split the team into 2 groups. The group on the outside has the balls, the groups on the inside has no ball. The inside group runs through the small square then to one of the outside people with a ball. Does the asked skill then runs back through the small square. Repeat. Do for 1 minute then switch inside/outside.
Outside people pass the ball in with there foot
1. 2 touch
2. 2 touch move the ball across the body witht the inside of the foot
3. 2 touch move the ball out with the outside of the foot.
4. 1 touch
Outside people pick up the ball and throw it in.
1. Foot control, 2 touches; Control, pass
2. Volley, 1 touch
3. Thigh Control, 2 touch
4. Chest Control, 2 touch

If groups is progressing well, have them progress to Box B- Players will dribble to the top, diagonal through the middle back up top then diagonal to the beginning of the line. Have next player go before they finish so they have to keep their head up while dribbling through the middle of the grid.
