Instructions:

Blue team attacker, red team defender

Player in blue team is to fake or disguise side to side, and step on one side cone, to spint in opposite direction. Defender is to step as well on the same side cone , to try to tag attcker before he crosses any of the gates on the side.

Red team is to pass to attacker and closed down to try to recover the ball.

Attacker is to receive and try to beat defender, after score on big goal
