2v2 - Finishing.
2 × 4 minutes / swap roles / 2 × 4 minutes / swap sides (left/right).
Players split into two teams to make it more competitive.
Focus on two players core moves (progressing brand of possession football):
The starting point of the practice is built based on the most common 1v1 duels which we have in the modern game (back pressure). Players in possession starting the attack with the pressure from the back and recovery defender (transitions).
The aim for the team in possession is to use two players' core moves (combine to score). Players out of possession to regain the ball and counterattack and score mini goals (transition).
Teams get a point for each goal scored. I will keep them counting during the practice.

Final game. Depends on the equipment and players.
Smaller pitch to recreate goal-scoring opportunities as much as possible and try to recreate scenarios in and around the box for the players.
Option 1 – Three teams. One on the perimeter in the "cutbacks" positions. WINNERS STAY ON rule. If you concede the goal, you are off the pitch, and you swap with the other team.
It's quite intense rotation + demand quick reactions, pressing the ball and communication within the team.

Option 2 – standard 5v5 + GK.
Competition: two teams. Footballs on the perimeter of the pitch so players can grab the ball and play it. Normal throw-ins to recreate pictures from the real game.
Only individual coaching interventions during the final game.

Technical - Warm Up (10 mins)
A ball for each player. Different variations of moves, turns, dribbles and control from the air in a tight space.
A combination of 1 minute unopposed (ball each) and 1 minute opposed (three players without the ball who can regain possession).
Unopposed – focus on execution and quality of it.
Opposed – focus on competition (psychological) between players "Who will stay with the ball at the end?"
Maximum - 8 minutes.
