Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Gather all players in a circle around the coach. Coach begins by naming activation and mobilisation movements (jumps, arm swings, isometric holds etc..). Once players understand the movements make the drill interactive and ask players to pick movements. This ensures they are paying attention and helps them not lose concentration.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Split group into 2 teams (ideally 4v4 but adaptations can be made depending on numbers). One team in bibs one team without, aim of the game is pass into the attacking endzone (shaded areas) and have a player run onto it and stop it. Focus on high intensity sprints like the first screen. Run this for 5-7 mins then this concludes the warm up.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
If player recieives the ball back from their first pass then controls in endzone, this is 2 goals. Ensure no player is standing still as this increases game realism. Have enough balls on side of the field so when one goes out another can be rolled back in.

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
2 cones 10 yards apart from eachother, after splitting team into 2 groups half of each group stands on a cone and ball starts on the bottom cone. A side footed pass is played to the opposite cone, once pass is played player follows and completes bounce pass with player on opposite cone. Continue this for 5 minutes. If there is 8 or less players, all stay in the same group. more than eight than split into 2 geoups.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
After playing pass, ensure high intensity sprint follows it and player is able to decelerate quickly. After a minute has passed, if players are performing well, see if bounce pass can be completed with 1 touch passes.
