Reds non focus team play in a 4-3-1 formation.
The mini goals are their targets to score with the wide goals representing their #7 & #11.
1 point for each goal they score from their build out from the GK - Game always starts from the GK but allow the game to flow and show some different pictures.
Blue (Focus Team) attempt to press high to win the ball back through the #9 and strong wide winger. The opposite side winger tooks in to protect the central area and create compactness with the 10, 8 & 6.
#10 man marks the oppositions 6 to deny passes into that player / set traps to win the ball.
Strong side 6 slides out towards the oppositions full-back incase the 9 and winger are unsuccessful with their press.
Weak side midfielder shifts over to mark the strong side CM and give them the weak wide CM.
4 pushes up to keep the lines connected and compact.
Scoring method - score past the GK in the large central goal after winning the ball back from the opposition.
Offside line is the shaded gray area which allow the Blue CB to step higher.
