Instructions:
- A plays to B, B to C as normal RDS curriculum.
- Defender (A) is live on his pass into B's feet.
- Attacker (C) plays 1v1 with Defender (A) to goal.
- If Attacker (C) scores 3 pts.
- If Defender (A) wins the ball in front half (1) they receive 3 pts.
- If Defender (A) wins the ball in back half (2) they receive 1 pt.
- Rotation: A to B to C to Rest
Coaching Points:
1. Defender's mentality to go and press ball to win in front half (2).
2. Defender's shape of run to make predictable while blocking path to goal.
3. Defender's ability to slow body down as approaching attacker.
4. Defender's body shape
5. Defender's recognition when to tackle / How to create moment to tackle.
6. (1v2) Defender's ability to make play predictable, deny penetration (body shape, invite pass to close down).
7. (1v2) Defender's recognition to cut out 2nd attacker and create 1v1 moment to win the ball (likely after inviting pass).

Organization:
- As shown (2 teams, split into teams of 3 when playing)
Instructions:
- Group of 3 (Red as shown) enter field with one player dribbling (A).
- Player A dribbles to opposite end of field and stops the ball in blue area of the field.
- Player A must run around the PUG and recover as white's play 3v2 vs. Red (B and C) until A recovers making it 3v3 until a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play.
- Repeat with opposite team starting with the ball (defending).
Coaching Points:
1. 1st defender's ability to close down space and recognition to delay when numbers down.
2. 2nd defender's positioning to deny penetration, cover first defender, and be prepared to close down his own attacker should he receive a pass.
3. Recognition to create a 2v2 if possible or adjustment made should 1st attacker play to our weak side.
4. Recovery run on recovering defender.
5. Recogniton to press when numbers even or tackle with bad touch, pass, etc.

Instructions:
- Teams play 7v7
Coaching Points:
- Starting positions (Allowing team to play out into CB's feet).
- #9's run to press CB and force play forwards into pressure pocket.
- #6 and #8 to stay tight to opposing CM (inviting pass in and looking to intercept pass or win possession from opposing CM). One can go to press the ball should opposing CB start to dribble.
- Near side #2 or #3 to get tight to opposition's high, wide player.
- #4's movement to stay tight to opposing FW, recognition to drop should there be no pressure on the ball.
- Weak side #2 or #3 to tuck in and balance field.
- #1 off line to protect long ball in behind our back line when looking to press.

Organization:
- As shown (5v2 / 4v2)
Instructions:
- Attacking team receives point if they split the defenders or complete 15 consecutive passes.
- Defenders try to win the ball or force attacking team to lose possession or leave area.
- If defenders win the ball or attackers lose possession before earning a point, player who lost the ball and player who made the most recent pass become the defenders.
- If defenders win the ball or attackers lose possession after earning a point, the original defenders stay and game resets to zero (Defenders must be on 0 points and win ball to "get out").
Coaching Points:
- Starting positions (preventing split, encouraging play into areas of pressure).
- Mentality and shape of run for 1st defender.
- Recognition and position of 2nd defender.
- Recognition of bad touch, pass, etc. to go and win possession.
- How to tackle (block, poke, etc.)
