Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Passing Pattern 1

PP 1

Organization

• 3 cones to make a triangle
• split team into 2 groups
• 1 ball per group
• 6-8 players per group

Instructions

Part 1

1. Player A will make a pass to player B then take up the open spot in cone C

2. Player B will take a touch then pass to the next player in line A and go behind line A 

3. Receiving player will play a pass to player on Cone C and move to open spot in cone B

4. Progress to 1 touch and team vs team first to 30 passes wins 1 MVP point each 

Part 2

1. Player A will pass to player B and perform a wall pass before moving to cone A

2. Player B will follow their pass after performing wall pass and move behind line A 

3. Player A will run to open cone C and repeat wall pass passing pattern with next player in line A 

4. progress to one touch
