Organization:

2. Three Groups of 4 players per grid.
3. Player 3 yds from blue cone.
Instructions:
1. CB plays the ball to LM
2. LM takes 1st touch forward,dribbles to flag,performs turn and
passes ball to CB
3. CB shows behind the ball and receives pass from LM
4. CB takes 1st touch towards RM.
5. Continue pattern. (waiting player changes roles after two switches)
*** When ball is played to LM. RM will check into the middle (viceversa)

Organization:

3. If 6 or more passes are completed, defending player stays defending one more round.
4. Perform dynamic streches inside grid:
-High Knees.
-Open Gate.

-Side Shuffles.
-Frontal leg kicks.
-Backwards leg kicks.
