The Practice
Chain Tag.
1 Player to start 'on'
The others are to space out around pitch
The Player whos is 'on' must attempt to tag the other players. If a player gets tagged they must join arms with the player(s) who tagged. The chain must stay linked at all times for any of the tags to count.

Players are to split across the ladders
The Practice
Players are to focus on their physical development by moving through the ladders in a variety of ways (sigle taps, double taps, bunny hops, zig zags).

30 Minuets
1 Football in each grid with spares placed on outside.
6 Players in each grid, split into pairs.
4 ''Attackers'' are to play in either end with 2 ''defenders'' in central zone.
Defenders Must not leave cental zone.
3 Blocks of 2 minutes.
Defenders to rotated every 3 minutes
The Practice
The attackers must aim to play through, around or over defenders to the other 'attacking zone'. Defenders must stop play through using blocks & interceptions.
Block 1 - Free Play (Coach concurrently - look at body shape, angle of run when pressing etc)
Block 2 - Defenders are now to be locked into their side of the central zone. (Split vertically). Terminal Feedback during break to include pressing triggers & cover lines.... use a tactics board to show ho avoid split passes while still allowing for protection agaisnt a switch of play. - This should be reinforced throughout using the coaching proccess.
Block 3 - Make it a compentition. 1 Point for each time its played through, team with the most points loses.
Challenges/Conditions/Targets
In final block, can we avoid being split. Can also add double points for a split pass.
