Instructions:
- Team in blue starts out with a 3v2 advantage:
*If they score, 2 white defenders leave the field and 2 new white defenders come on to defend, game starts back with blue goalie (make it take it scenario).
*If the ball goes out off of white, blue will still retain the possession in the 3v2 numbers up scenario.
- If ball goes out off of blue, 2 blue players will leave the field and white will get to attack 2v1:
*If white scores in the 2v1 scenario, blue defender leaves, and additional white will come on as new game will start 3v2 with the whites having the advantage, 2 new blue players will come on to defend.
*If the ball goes out of play off white while in the 2v1, all players will leave the field, and new 3v2 game will start with blue goalie.
- Game will always be a 3v2 then a 2v1.
Coaching Points:
- Can we spread the two defenders?
- Can we isolate a defender?
- Can we look to penetrate?
- How should we possess?
- Can we attack the space in behind?

Coaching Points:
- Observation of GK and target to choose striking surface.
- Ball out of feet at an angle (2 o'clock or 10 o'clock) after move for correct observation and apporach.
- Plant foot, hips and shooting foot aimed at target at point of contact.
- Land on striking foot.
