Transition Game (50 pass game)
Teams are split into 2 grids and they try to keep the ball away from the opposition team who send in 4 defenders to try and win the ball. If they win the ball, they try to play it across to their team-mates in opp. grid then follow the pass. 4 defenders go scross to try and win the ball.

Transition to target players
Teams have to try and play the ball into their target players for a point. The opposiition team will then get the ball and try to attack the opposite direction.
Progression: Teams pass into target players but then need to receive it back and play into them again for point.

The attacking team have to keep the ball away from the 2 defenders. Upon winning the ball, the defending team try to play the ball into the opp. grid into their team-mates. Upon playing the ball across, the attackers now move across to keep the ball...2 defenders now transfer across to try and win the ball.
Progression - Add in additional defender / space as needed
Timing: 4 x 2 minute intervals (45 seconds rest in between)
