The goalkeeper will start on the goal line and he will travel through the cones using different footwork techniques when he gets the end cone he will take a volley and get a call of left or right, after that call he will make a low dive down to side that has been called

The goalkeeper will start on the opposite of the hurdles and travel through them with high knees one leg after another, he will receive a volley and get a call of forward or back and he will take either a half volley or dipper

Goalkeeper starts facing away from the goal on the whistle he will turn in and transition to the center of the goal and take a strike of player A, after the goalkeeper has made the save, player A will pass a ball to either player B or C and they will get a second shot off.
