Player should stay in the lane of cones with touches attacking each cone individually. Use the outside of your foot to push the ball towards the cone, once there pull the ball back with the foot closest to the outside of the lane towards your opposite foot and push with the outside of the opposite foot towards the cone on the other side of the lane. Try to get players to hop as they pull to increase their dynamic movement and help them change direction. The ball should travel in a V pattern between touches.
