Set up multiple shuttles. Should have 4-5 players per group but no more.
Have 2 balls going per group: one player from each side goes at the same time. That means ALL players have to have constant awareness, not just the ones first in line. Timing is important! After each skill, the player should pass to the next player so as to practice passing skills. Player then follows their pass to the back of the other line. Vary the passing choices: push pass, snap pass off right foot, reverse sweep pass etc.
1. attack left cone, pull left to right
2. attack right cone, pull right to left
3. attack left cone, curl strong (wide)
4. attack right cone, curl reverse (wide)
5. attack right cone, left foot pivot (sharp)
6. V-drag from left
7. V-drag from right
---
for older groups:
8. lift right
9. bopper left
10. spin right (ball in hook of stick)
11. spin left

1. Player 1 passes the ball to any one in the square
2. Player 1 now moves to the open cone and is ready to receive the next possible ball.
3. Player 2 or 3 will receive and now make a pass and then move to the open cone.
*Players will always move to the open cone after making a pass
Principals:
-Open receiving and receiving the ball on the move.
Key Coaching Points:
Receiving across your body/shoulders head up, stick on ball and constantly moving after making a pass.

Drill 1:
Leading pass receive and continue movement into open space, shielding through or lifting over the box, and taking a forehand shot directed at low backboard.
Drill 2
Drill begins with the ball in the middle and decision is made to pass left or right with a sweep pass, as the pass is made two teammates lead to yellow cone in order to practice position in a press structure, the ball is then shifted back and the rotation begins to the other side. When the ball returns to initial position passing pauses.

Player at Cone A passes to a player at cone B who give the ball back to A and arcs infield. Player at cone A gives it to cone C to lays it off to player B.
Do this on both sides at the same time, but alternate if you have a goalie.
CP: Time your leads, run accordingly, time to get the ball at the edge of the D for a quick shot. Hard sharp passes from players at cones A and C
Note: If skill level is high enough, lay-off from C to B can be one-touch.
