-2 to 3 players start with a ball each as the pacman
-all other balls are placed outside the grid around the perimeter
-players without a ball are ghosts
-pacman's attempt to either tag ghosts or hit ghost's with their ball below the ghosts knee
-ghosts move around grid avoiding the pacman's
-when a ghost is tagged or hit they become a pacman
-play until no ghosts are left

-mark out 2 boxes 5/6 yards each with cones
-set starting cone 5 yards out from first box
-set either mini goal or gate goal at end of second box
-1 defender inside of each box
-rest of players start as attackers at starting cone, each player has a ball
-objective is for the attacker to get through the box and score in the goal
-defenders must stay inside their box
-play for 3/4 minutes and then switch defenders
