2 players inside with 1 ball
A starts with ball and passes to C
C passes back to A, C goes into center of grid
A passes to D and D then passes to C who has entered the grid
C passes to B
B starts over with combination play on the outside
Start slow to get the pattern
Can we improve intensity to 1 and 2 touch play
Coaching Points:
Angled approach to the ball to allow open body position and be able to see the playing area
Supporting player must recognize where the play needs to go to and set up in those areas
Supporting player must also have open body shape to receive the pass
Passes must be accurate and appropriately weighted
Passes on the surface
Receive with back foot
Hold up play and turning with the ball
Communicate

Blue starts by playing 3v1 rondo on one side with another defending and attacker on the other side
Blue attempts to connect 5 passes then either pass to attacker on other side or to a possession player on possession side making a run into the opposite side
Once the ball is in the opposite grid a 3rd blue can join to continue the 3v1
If a defender wins the ball they change places with the player that lost possession

Play starts in left grid with a 4v2
Blue in possession attempts to connect 5 passes
After connecting 5 passes they can either pass to blue in central area or pass to a runner entering the central zone
Blue needs to play through both players in central zone then continues to pass to the right zone and one blue and one green enter to make a 4v2
Play for 2 minutes then switch defenders out

Session start time 1 min break and quickly emphasize how play is going / What is working, what needs improvement
Two 5 min intervals with 2 min break in between
