depending on # of goals available today.
4 lacrosse on midway of each half's sideline.
4 mini goals encircling the center cercle and facing OUTWARD.
2 big goals in spot with keepers (or 2 mini goals with no keepers if that is all that's available)
play 11v11 or 10v10 or 9v9.
8v8-6v6 play box to box.
play a standard, directional, full field game, all rules apply.
teams can score on any goal that is on the other team's half (including halfwayline goals)
give 5 points for a goal on the big goal.
1 point for any other goals.
this will get the players taking advantage of new areas on the field and getting more comfortable in possession. because they were tricked earlier in the session to pass and move, that kind of behavior is to be expected here. look for lots of energy as the players are forced to constrict space in areas of the field they feel need to be protected due to additional goals being on the field.
