FP Triangle - P1 (10 mins)

Setup:

  • Set up a triangle with the height being slightly longer than the base.
  • Three players are instructed to each take a place at a cone.
  • 2 balls are given to players at the base of the triangle.
Rules/Gameplay:
  • Player B passes to player A.
  • Player A then passes to player C who simultaneously passes his ball to player B.
  • Player A moves across the top of the triangle to get in position for next exchange. 
  • Player C passes to player A.
  • Player A then passes to player B who simultaneously passes his ball to player C.
  • This goes on continuously for 1-2 minutes, then players switch positions so each one has a turn at the top of the triangle.

  • Rear foot receive & front foot release (2-touch)
  • Firm, will timed passes
  • Slide to support
  • Hold yourself & each other accountable!
