Target Possession (15 mins)
Organization: 30x30 (+5 for each end zone) 16 players.
Conditions of play: Point is scored through hitting one of your teams targets from winning the ball back, then 3 points scored if they manage to transfer the ball to the other target. Person that plays the ball into the target must go and switch with him, target receives and must pass from his zone before joining in the active play. Target's have separate zones.
Coaching Points:
- Finding angles to play passes and penetrate.
- Creating separation from players to find space
- Ability to increase the tempo and speed of play without sacrificing the quality.

Sustaining Possession (Functional (25 mins)
Organization: 6v6+2. 40W, 55L
Conditions: Ball starts with a neutral player, or a white midfielder facing his own goal, or the goal keeper. Neutral can move anywhere on the line, are unopposed and have 2 touches. White objective is to work the ball to dribble into the end zone or pass to a player in there. There will be offsides over half way that will be clearly marked.
Coaching Points:
- Looking at movement and recognition of space, replicating building centrally all the way through.
- 9/10 not showing in the same vertical line of play, and the 6 & 8 working together to get in the half space facing forward relative to the movement of the neutral player (acting FB)
- Playing in few touches to keep the tempo and rhythm to shift the opposition to create clear opportunities to penetrate.

Kings court, 5v5 1 goal to score. Dribble or pass in. Must complete 4 passes before you score unless you win possession in the opposition final 3rd (will be marked out)
