Organization: 30x30 (+5 for each end zone) 16 players.
Conditions of play: Point is scored through hitting one of your teams targets from winning the ball back, then 3 points scored if they manage to transfer the ball to the other target. Person that plays the ball into the target must go and switch with him, target receives and must pass from his zone before joining in the active play. Target's have separate zones.

Organization: 6v6+2. 40W, 55L
Conditions: Ball starts with a neutral player, or a white midfielder facing his own goal, or the goal keeper. Neutral can move anywhere on the line, are unopposed and have 2 touches. White objective is to work the ball to dribble into the end zone or pass to a player in there. There will be offsides over half way that will be clearly marked.

Kings court, 5v5 1 goal to score. Dribble or pass in. Must complete 4 passes before you score unless you win possession in the opposition final 3rd (will be marked out)

Conditions: 4v2 possession, on the 4th pass, ball can be transferred across and the 3 active players go and support the ball If the transfer is successful, that is 1 point. If the white win it, it becomes a 2v1, 3 passes completed and a new pair go in the middle.
