Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Passing Warm-Up Sky Blue FC

Set-up: 10x10yd box

Organisation: 2balls, minimum of 7 players per box. Keep lines to minimum so only 2 players per corner.

Instructions: 1 ball gets played into central player who checks, scans and receives the ball and opens out and plays a pass out (diagonal from start point)

The player who played the ball into the central player now becomes the central player themselves and receives the second ball from the other corner.

Progression: Add a give & go in the corner before each ball is played into the centre.

Drop, Spin, Get Out - instead of central player opening out they drop it off, spin and create passing lane. Once the group establishes the new pattern add the give & go in the corner again.
