Playing defense starting from the striker

Player 1 - Striker - Presses the first player to recieve the ball

Player 2 - Left Wing - Fills in the gap between striker and defender (forces player to dribble to the line)

Player 3 - Centre Mid - Fills the gap between the left back and right back

Player 4 - Right Wing - Drops in a balanced position

Player 5 - Left Defender - Wins the ball just before half

Player 6 - Right defender - Shifts over to support left defender

When defending team intercepts ball can we "reset"

#5 knocks ball to #6 (supportive position)

#6 knocks ball to Goal Keeper (keeper comes off line)

Goalie knocks the ball to #4 (close to touch line)

#4 knocks the ball to #3 in the centre of pitch

#3 knocks the ball 1 time to the line to #2 (player is running off the line, angled run towards net)

#2 dribbles towards goalkeepers then kncoks the ball to #1 (#2 decides to shoot or pass to striker)

#1 finishes or goes for rebound
